Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

We are partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company to identify a skilled Maintenance Technician for their Monroe, Wisconsin facility. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for equipment improvement
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams to support efficient plant operations

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Welding, fabrication, or PLC experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
