What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leasing & Resident Experience

Support leasing efforts including tours, applications, and lease preparation

Provide a high level of customer service to both current and prospective residents

Assist with resident communications and help resolve questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner

Contribute to a positive, well-maintained community environment
Property Operations & Administration

Maintain organized resident files, lease documentation, and property records

Support day-to-day operations to keep the property running smoothly

Assist with internal processes and ensure adherence to company policies
Compliance Support (Section 42 / LIHTC)

Assist with documentation and file management related to affordable housing requirements

Support income certifications and recertifications (training provided)

Help ensure files remain accurate and audit-ready
Financial & Operational Coordination

Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and tracking balances

Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to coordinate work orders and property needs

Help support occupancy and retention goals
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in property management, leasing, administration, or customer service is preferred but not required

Exposure to Section 42 / LIHTC is a plus, but willingness to learn is just as important

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay on top of competing priorities

Strong communication skills and a professional, resident-focused approach

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
