Property Manager

$24–$27/hour | Full-Time + Benefits

Location: Mazomanie, WI

A respected, mission-driven property management organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a multi-family community serving seniors and residents in affordable housing. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a senior living and affordable housing community

• Lead and support on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing teams

• Manage leasing activity, occupancy, and resident retention strategies

• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and resident communications

• Address resident concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency

• Monitor rent collections, process payments, and maintain accurate records

• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, or other affordable housing regulations

• Maintain property-level administration and reporting for leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of property management experience (multi-family required; senior living and affordable housing preferred)

• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or other compliance requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus

• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with leadership

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally (up to 15%)
