Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a senior living and affordable housing community

Lead and support on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing teams

Manage leasing activity, occupancy, and resident retention strategies

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and resident communications

Address resident concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
-
Monitor rent collections, process payments, and maintain accurate records
-
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, or other affordable housing regulations

Maintain property-level administration and reporting for leadership
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of property management experience (multi-family required; senior living and affordable housing preferred)

Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or other compliance requirements

Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus

Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with leadership

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally (up to 15%)
