Position Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient clinic opportunity in McAlester, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to provide patient-focused therapy in a supportive outpatient environment with access to modern clinical tools and evidence-based treatment resources.

The primary opening is full-time, with part-time and PRN/on-call opportunities also available.

Full-time compensation ranges from $39–$45 per hour, depending on experience, with additional opportunities for sign-on incentives and quality-of-care bonuses.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team

• Assist with planning, developing, and promoting therapy programs

• Present educational in-services to therapy staff as appropriate

• Support general clinic and rehabilitation department operations

• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed and in accordance with Oklahoma regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain state licensure

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
