Pay: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential painting projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects based on customer needs and crew availability
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed quality, communication, and scheduling expectations
  • Communicate daily with crews and internal leadership
  • Visit and inspect job sites to ensure quality standards are met
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on productivity and profitability
  • Maintain strong client communication, including follow-up and issue resolution
  • Ensure field programs, systems, and processes are executed effectively
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of painting crews
  • Provide field training and coaching to improve team performance
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and related applications
  • Previous experience in construction, painting, or a related field is preferred but not required
