Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Residential Sales Representative to connect with homeowners, provide project estimates, and close new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys being out in the field, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

You’ll be responsible for managing your schedule, meeting with prospective customers, and delivering a high-quality sales experience from first interaction through project kickoff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a daily appointment calendar
  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide project estimates
  • Deliver professional, on-the-spot proposals and close sales
  • Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on open opportunities
  • Maintain organized records of estimates and client interactions
  • Conduct evening and weekend appointments during peak season (April–July)
  • Travel locally to meet with clients

  • Strong sales ability with confidence in persuading and closing
  • Highly disciplined and organized, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and personable with a passion for meeting new people
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback
  • Ability to take measurements and perform basic math calculations
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and estimating software
  • Valid driver’s license required
