We're partnering with a respected, mission-driven property management organization seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family residential community in Sheboygan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance activities
• Oversee leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy
• Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and resident engagement initiatives
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies
• Complete site administration, reporting, and other operational tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 15%
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and respectful communities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using standard office equipment
• Ability to walk the property regularly and occasionally lift materials as needed
