We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Willmar, Minnesota. Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, patients, and families
• Assist with daily department operations and therapy program development
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Minnesota PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
