Location: North Dakota (Fargo preferred, but candidates located anywhere in North Dakota will be considered)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $56,000-$94,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal property and casualty insurance accounts while delivering exceptional client service.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, audits, invoices, and other account servicing requests accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation within the agency management system.
• Obtain and review quotes from insurance carriers for both new and existing business and prepare proposals and supporting client documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers to address service requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support account retention and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
• Three to five years of property and casualty insurance experience or similar related experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
