What You’ll Be Doing

Finding & Engaging Talent
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal networks
• Reach out to candidates and spark meaningful conversations
• Conduct initial prescreen interviews to evaluate experience, goals, and fit
• Share qualified candidates with the recruiting team for next steps
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles

Keeping the Process Moving
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Track candidate progress and keep systems updated and organized
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and communication throughout the process
• Prepare clean, concise candidate summaries for internal review
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding steps when needed

Supporting the Team & Improving Process
• Help maintain recruiting workflows and tracking systems
• Support reporting and pipeline management
• Contribute to a smooth, professional candidate experience from start to finish
• Jump in on special projects, research, and process improvements


What We’re Looking For

Experience
• 1 to 3 years in administrative support, recruiting, HR, or customer-facing roles
• Exposure to LinkedIn, job boards, or sourcing tools is a plus
• Prior experience in staffing or recruiting environments is helpful but not required

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear, confident communicator who enjoys talking with people
• Able to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
• Comfortable working in systems like CRMs or applicant tracking tools
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
