Key Responsibilities

• Develop new agricultural banking relationships while growing and servicing an existing portfolio through proactive outreach and community engagement

• Manage and administer agricultural loan portfolios using sound credit and financial analysis practices

• Ensure compliance with all internal credit standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a strong understanding of local agricultural operations, market conditions, and economic trends

• Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field

• Experience in agricultural lending or commercial/ag banking strongly preferred

• Solid knowledge of credit analysis, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Strong decision-making ability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
