Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $98,000–$103,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from neurological injuries? We are seeking a Neuropsychologist to join a collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team serving adults with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and other neurological conditions.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive neuropsychological services while working alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
  • Perform occasional outpatient neuropsychological assessments.
  • Provide psychological consultation and clinical expertise for individuals with acquired brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.
  • Deliver supportive counseling, education, and therapeutic interventions for patients and families.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Supervise and mentor psychology trainees, including pre-doctoral interns, as appropriate.
  • Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and research opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology from an APA-accredited program required.
  • Current Nebraska psychologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
  • Experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations and working with neurological populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for rehabilitation, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practice.
