  • Supports senior team members by maintaining accurate records, assisting with month-end close, and preparing reconciliations and reports

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities including transaction entry, account reconciliation, and record maintenance
  • Manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks such as bill processing, payments, and cash flow support
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare accrual-based entries including prepaids and accruals
  • Assist with financial statement preparation for internal review and client discussions
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, automation, and third-party app integrations
  • Support new client onboarding by setting up accounts, cleaning up historical data, and assisting with system transitions
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation, clarify transactions, and respond to routine accounting questions

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum two years in accounting or bookkeeping roles)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite
  • Comfort working in cloud-based accounting environments and with modern financial tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to pass a background check

 

Preferred but Not Required:

  • NetSuite experience (Huge Plus!)
  • Exposure to automation or AI-driven tools such as Zapier or Make
  • Experience working with API-based integrations
