Are you an Occupational Therapy Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a difference in patients' lives every day? We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join a collaborative therapy team serving both school-based and outpatient settings in southeastern Oklahoma.

This full-time position offers variety in your workweek, professional growth, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with pediatric and outpatient patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Schedule

  • 4 days per week: Eufaula Public Schools
  • 1 day per week: Outpatient clinic in McAlester, OK
  • Full-time schedule with the potential to provide home health services for local therapists

What You'll Do

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with therapists, physicians, educators, patients, and families
  • Support therapy program development and daily clinic operations
  • Help patients improve independence and achieve meaningful functional goals

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Oklahoma OTA license (required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
