Insurance Account Manager

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to support clients, partner with the sales team, and provide outstanding service across multiple North Dakota locations.

Location: Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, or Ellendale, North Dakota
Salary: $50,000–$84,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, assisting with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention, identify new business opportunities, and generate referrals
• Process policy renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Property & Casualty insurance license required
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
