Spa & Sales Coordinator
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20–30 Hours per Week

Position Overview
A growing wellness and spa organization in Madison is seeking an energetic and personable Spa & Sales Coordinator. This client-facing role combines hospitality, sales, and administrative responsibilities to create an exceptional experience for every client while contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a professional, polished experience throughout every visit
- Educate clients about available services, memberships, and packages
- Confidently discuss pricing and help clients select options that meet their needs
- Manage scheduling, check-in, checkout, and payment processing
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and email
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage continued engagement
- Maintain accurate client records and complete assigned administrative tasks
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general organization
- Support occasional community partnerships and off-site mobile events
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure clients receive attentive and coordinated service

Qualifications

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, or another client-facing environment is preferred. Previous spa or medical experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule and Availability
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20–30 hours per week. Both weekday and weekend shifts are available, and regular weekend availability is required. Occasional off-site events may take place outside standard business hours.
